Rainbow Club Casino
The Rainbow Club Casino has been an iconic landmark on Water Street in the Historic Water Street District of Downtown Henderson since 1967. When twin brothers Tim and Mike Brooks were offered an opportunity to purchase the property, they did so with a desire of preserving the great traditions of the property and enhancing the guest experience. Tim and Mike Brooks have long operated the Emerald Island Casino, which is just across Market Street from the Rainbow.
After acquiring this historic property, the Rainbow Club Casino team reached out to us right away to start planning a social media strategy. They wanted to showcase the property’s local appeal while featuring a new and exciting atmosphere. We were also asked to highlight their new restaurant that featured handcrafted burgers and comfort food, Triple B. It was important that we maintained a strong relationship with past customers while encouraging new customers to visit.
We started by claiming the Rainbow Club Casino social media profiles that were already established as well as creating new ones. We then optimized each of the profiles with proper colors, branding, and info. Using a style guide, we were able to design cohesive graphic and video templates. We also began engaging and answering guests’ questions on social media and giving updates about the return of the casino.Before their reopening, we took eye-catching photos and videos of their staff, casino games, and the new menu items. We also began posting the latest building renovation and boosting excitement for the grand opening on social media to increase attendance.
For their grand opening, our whole team showed up to capture content of all the great moments. We also posted Facebook lives and stories. It was a big success! Guests were excited about the new casino features, and there was a lot of positive feedback about the delicious food at Triple B.
Since returning to Water Street, we have continued to keep the Rainbow Club Casino top of mind. We post their daily specials, winners, exciting promotions, and events. Our social media team has recorded and edited countless videos highlighting all the delicious weekday specials and the outstanding features, like the Frozen Bar. We cover their latest events with On Location services and live videos and stories. We keep their guests updated on the latest news and answer any questions they have on social media. We’ve also worked hard to ensure Tim Brooks has a strong presence in the local community by publishing news articles on social media.
In the time we have been managing the Rainbow Club Casino’s social media accounts, their audience has grown by 5,500+ fans, and their engagement has reached 50,000+ interactions.
